Her: I think it’s on the kitchen floor
Him: Yeah, under the cabinet and in between the stool and the trash.

Her: Did you take your Melatonin?
Him: Yeah.
Her: Did you put it up?
Him: Yeah, but now I’m not sure if we’re going to be able to find it next time we need it…
That is excellent. You need to write a new work instruction and a procedure… and shame on you for not writting up a change control request.
